Refund Policy
We at helpkart.live want you to be satisfied with your purchase of any of our products or services.
Use of and access to the Platform is offered to You upon the condition of acceptance of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, along with any amendments made by HelpKart at its sole discretion and posted on the Platform from time to time.

If you couldn’t get the desired results with any of our products, contact us, show us you really took every necessary step by presenting ALL the work that you finished. We will survey it and endeavour to help right the issue. In the event that you have taken the necessary steps, and are not getting results, we will work with you one on one to enable you accomplish results. On the event that we couldn’t help, we'll issue a FULL refund.
HelpKart does not make any representation or warranty as to specifics (such as quality, value, saleability, etc.) of the products or services proposed to be sold or offered to be sold or purchased on the HelpKart App. HelpKart shall not be liable in case the order delivered by the mentor is unfit use or faulty or rendered unfit by any means. Though we make sure to deliver the best quality service by constant communication to make the process seamless with the user and the mentors.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request before 11:59pm Indian Standard Time on the 30th day following your purchase. After you submit your materials, all refunds are discretionary*. No refunds will be provided more than 30 days following the date of purchase. There will be no exceptions. If you opted for a payment plan, all payments must be completed. You may not cancel part way through. This is done to avoid fraud.
*Note: All refunds are discretionary. If found misusing the services or content shared or content distributed or instantly asking for refund we have rights to discard any refund request.
If you pay for an ad on our platform refund request will be discarded 7 days before ads are expected to roll out on subscriptions. If the payment plan is not completed on time, we will pursue it with a collection agency until the entire payment plan is made. Additional fees and fines might apply in this case.
